1. The valid date: Tthe date that seller issue invoice to the final user.

2. The warranty period:

2.1 Truck for logistics and transport:

Basic parts: Within 12 months, for engine parts ,the driving distance does not exceed 120,000 Km; for the other parts , the driving distance does not exceed 100,000km; warranty ends whichever of these time or driving distance occurs first.

Important parts: Within 12 months or the driving distance does not exceed 60000 KM, warranty ends whichever of these time or driving distance occurs first.

Common parts: Within 12 months or the driving distance does not exceed 30000 KM, warranty ends whichever of these time or driving distance occurs first.

2.2 Truck for contruction or mining:

All the truck models used for contruction works, mining works or used on bad road and off road condition, the warranty period will be 6 months and the warranty distance will be 60000 Km. Others will be 30000 Km, 12 months or 60000 KM, warranty ends whichever of these time or driving distance occurs first.

There are two ways we can ship the compensated spare parts:

1. Upon the urgent request from our clients, we will ship the compensated spare parts by international courier, such as DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex. The courier will arrive the designated destination within 5-7 days. The client will assume the courier expense.

2. For the regular claim for the spare parts, we will ship the compensated spare parts together with next shipment of new machines. The shipment expense is free.

We reserves the right to reasonably determine whether a defect in material or workmanship occurred in normal use or if such defect resulted from a factor excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not include defects from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Any modifications to our products by the client, client’s employees, or end-user, shall invalidate this warranty. The normal wearing and easily broken parts, include but not limit, all kinds of filters, belts, electric appliance and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber and plastics stuffs etc.
